October, 2025 --- Day 4
✨ Scottish Fantazy
🏞️ Day 4 — From Arthur’s Seat to the Sea (and the Toilet Tragedy)
“Sunshine, squirrels, and an inconvenient plot twist.”
A morning jog, a classic brunch, and then the noble climb of
Arthur’s Seat.
The wind kissed us; the sunshine applauded. “Hi, Sunshine!” we waved
like fools.
We strolled through galleries, Edinburgh Castle, and the National Museum, where I bowed respectfully to Dolly the sheep — a national icon in wool.
In Princes Street Park, we met a curious squirrel… and the tragedy
of a closed toilet.
My dignity suffered. My throat too.
But evening turned the story around.
We wandered hand-in-hand through the lamplight, our romantic night
walk humming with laughter and gentle quiet.
At Portobello Beach, the sky deepened into blue hour — not a
five-star beach, maybe three, but perfectly ours.
Then: hot bath. steam. soft laughter.
The day ended like a kiss under the moon. 🫧💙🌊
