October, 2025 --- Day 5
✨ Scottish Fantazy
🌬️ Day 5 — Dundee Dramas & Perth Fantasies
“Every misstep a new melody.”
We missed the train to Dundee — destiny’s way of keeping things
interesting.
Costa coffee saved us, and soon we were playing poker on
ScotRail, cards and laughter between raindrops.
Dundee greeted us with rain, art, and wind sharp enough to etch
memories.
We biked the city and seaside, chasing pockets of blue sky and salt.
By the time we reached Perth, the world exhaled.
Our townhouse hotel was a dream — garden whispers, tartan grace,
and a breakfast lounge soaked in morning gold.
We crossed the bridge over the River Tay into Kinnoull Hill
Woodland Park.
Charlie, my beloved trickster, swore, “It’s not high.” Lies.
We followed a schoolgirl-turned-forest-spirit, her laughter echoing
through moss and mist, and somehow — up the wrong path — we found
the right view.
Perth spread below like watercolor.
Dinner at Cardo arrived early, as did we.
Soup, rosé, steak, and finally — the divine ending: chocolate
marquise with pear and lemon sorbet.
A night of flavor, warmth, and stolen glances.
Maybe the stars above Perth saw it too — our little fantasy, sealed with our first night’s kiss. 💋✨
